The top rankings in the race for the coveted mirrorball trophy and the People’s Choice Award, presented by Fort McKay Group of Companies is:

We’re happy to announce that we reached our goal last week and the current total raised for Fort McMurray SPCA through votes collected by our dancers is $15,060!

The top 5 contenders this week for The People’s Choice Award, presented by Fort McKay Group of Companies, are:
1st – Andrew B & Amy with 254 votes – $5,080
2nd – Tim & Kelli with 158 votes – $3,160
3rd – Jason & Angel with 125 votes – $2,500
4th – Clarence & Leticia with 87 votes – $1,740
5 th – Christina & Kevin with 68 votes – $1,360

We hope to raise another $5000 this week and reach $20,000.
Each $20 vote counts towards the title of People’s Choice and every vote goes directly to the Fort McMurray SPCA and will make a difference in the life of a shelter animal.

Our new current total raised through community voting is $12,620 – all proceeds raised through votes go directly to the Fort McMurray SPCA.

The couple with the most votes, or who has raised the most money for the SPCA will be presented the People’s Choice Award, presented by Fort McKay Group, on April 26th. Last year the cast of Dancing with the Stars Wood Buffalo 2013 raised over $65,000 collectively.
